Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by New Leadership Project, publisher of New Leadership Press (“we”, “us”). For anything related to this policy, write to [email protected].

What we collect

  • Aggregate visit data. We measure visits with Umami, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. It records which pages are viewed, the site that sent the visit, and the country, browser and type of device, in aggregate.
  • What you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply.

The site has no accounts, no comments and no forms, so there is nothing else to collect.

Links to Amazon and other sites

Some links take you to Amazon or other websites. Once you leave this site, what happens to your data is governed by that site’s own privacy policy. Amazon may record that you arrived through one of our links; see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Our hosting provider and our analytics provider process data on our behalf, only to run the site.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the address above. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, your local law gives you these rights and you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is written for working adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
